塑解剂SJ-103系一种硫酚类的橡胶塑解剂,适用于天然橡胶、合成橡胶的塑炼。使用这种塑解剂能提高橡胶塑炼的可塑度和塑炼效率,可缩短塑炼时间三分之一左右,节约能源以及提高劳动生产效率。本品是一种较理想的高效节能橡胶加工助剂。产品作用与性能同国外塑解剂雷那西-7(Renacit-V11)相当,并得到英国邓禄普公司和意大利皮列里公司质量检测认可。
一、技术指标:
外观:细腻的浅灰色和浅黄色粉末。
加热减量%: ≤1(70±2℃,2小时)
灼烧余量%: ≤50(900±25℃,2小时)
细度(筛余物)%:≤1(100目筛)
二、性能和使用:
本品适宜在较高和较低的温度塑炼,开炼机,密炼机上均可使用,低温塑炼的温度为50-80℃,高温塑炼温度为130-160℃,塑炼后对像胶的物理机械性能及老化后的性能均无不良影响。
本品无毒,部分熔融,几乎不溶于水和多数有机溶剂。在室温、干燥、防潮、避光条件下,密封储存10个月对产品性能无影响。
三、添加方法:
1、 塑炼时单独加入。
2、 与促进剂M和促进剂DM同时加入。
3、 直接混炼制备一段黑母炼胶时,在混炼初期加入,一定要加在硫黄和炭黑之先。
四、使用量:
在橡胶中,按胶料重量的0.1-0.3%加入。
五、产品包装“
本产品按内衬塑料袋,中套牛皮纸袋,外层为编织袋包装。每件净重20kg.
Plastication degrading agent SJ-103
The plastication degrading agent SJ-103 is one thiophenol type
rubber plastication of natural and synthetic rubber. When using
SJ-103 the plasticity and the plastication efficiency of the
rubber plastication can be increased, and as the results the
plasticating time will shortened by 1/3, the energy consumption
will be reduced and productivity will be higher, This product is
a relative ideal high efficiency and energy saving aid for
rubber processing. The Performance of this product is equivalent
to the foreign product Renacit-Vll, the quality of this product
has been qualified by Dunlop Co. of England and Pirelli Co.

Ⅱ.Performance and application:
This product can be applied in the
plastication either under a relative higher or lower temperature
condition both for open or enclosed type plasticator. The
suitable temperature range for low temperature plastica’tion is
50 to 80℃ and the range for high temperature plastication is 130
to 160℃. The product will have no negative influences on the
physical and mechanical performance and the performance after
aging.
This product is nontoxic, it will be
partly molten, is hardly soluble in water and majority of
organic solvents. Under dry, dark and be stored 10 months long
in enclosed condition without any influence on the product
performance.
Ⅲ. Method of addition:
1. It can be solely added during the
plastication.
2. It can be added simuitaneously with
accelerants M and DM.
3. In case of direct mixing process for
preparation of the first stage black mother rubber this agent
will be added in the early mixing period, this must be done
before adding of sulfur and carbon black.
Ⅳ. Dosage:
The agent will be added to the rubber
at a rate of 0.1% to 0.3% of rubber material.
Ⅴ. Packing of the material:
The product is packed in bags of three
layers, the inner layer is made of plastics foil, the middle
layer is of craft paper and the outer layer is of knitted bag.
The net weight ora bag is 20g.
